Connects the community to information, resources, and experiences that inspire learning, support well-being, and foster belonging.

Library Card

  • free for people who live, work, attend school or own property in Oakville
  • residents of Oakville over 12 years of age, can register for a library card using online form or in-person at any branch
  • 12 years of age and under, or live outside of Oakville, can register for a library card in-person at any branch
  • library cards expire and must be renewed on a yearly basis
