Description (Service)

A free community sports program for children and youth with special needs

Challenger Baseball League

  • an adaptive baseball program specifically designed for children living with physical and/or cognitive disabilities
  • T-Ball (3-6 yrs)
  • Minor (7-9 yrs)
  • Major (10-12 yrs)
  • Senior (13 yrs+)
  • held at Cornwall Diamonds, 425 Cornwall Road, Oakville

Skating & Shinny

  • a free-skating and hockey skills program for players at every level
  • held at the Milton Sports Centre, 605 Santa Maria Boulevard, Milton
Hours

Baseball

  • 1 pm-4 pm, every Sun, May-Aug

Skating & Shinny

  • 3:15 pm-4:15 pm, every Sun, Oct-Mar
Areas Served Halton Region
Eligibility Children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, communication disorders, developmental delays and other special needs
