Description (Service)	Culturally sensitive counselling by telephone, email or chat, with a registered therapist from a network of community-based child, youth and family mental health agencies in Ontario any issue of concern to children and youth, including isolation, coping challenges, mental health issues, anxiety, depression, bullying
Hours	Mon-Fri 12 noon-8 pm, Sat 12 noon-4 pm, EST; statutory holidays may affect hours
