Description and Service Details

Description (Service)	Newcomer Settlement Program needs assessment, orientation sessions information and referral to community resources, including mental health, legal aid, and language training assistance and support in securing housing employment support, including job search strategies, resume building, and connections to local employers workshops and information sessions, including health care, legal rights, transportation, financial literacy, and education Focused support for Refugees and Asylum Seekers assistance with navigating legal and immigration processes, as well as trauma-informed care
Hours	Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility	Newcomers, asylum seekers, refugees and their families; focus on African or Black Canadian communities
