Description (Service)	A food bank program that is open to all perishable fresh food from Food for Life - meat, bread, fruit and vegetables other grocery items and goods as donated
Hours	Thu 4 pm-5:30 pm

Eligibility	No restrictions
Application	Simple registration via Food for Life Book a pickup time by calling Food for Life at 905-635-1106 ext 225
Languages	English ; Chinese (Mandarin) - Rector and some regular volunteers speak Mandarin
