The Dorval Crossing East Service Counter provides the following in person services:

• driver's licences
• vehicle permits, and plates
• accessible parking permit
• driver and vehicle records
• health card and insurance (OHIP)
• organ and tissue donation
• photo card
• authentication of documents (Commissioner of Oaths)

Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm

• drop in, with appropriate supporting documents (call ahead or see website)
• many forms can also be completed and submitted online
• it is recommended to book an appointment online
• walk-in service is available but limited due to high demand
