EMERGENCY HELP TO PAY UTILITY BILLS 

Housing Stability Fund (one-time assistance for gas or hydro bills)

LOW-INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LEAP)

Provides emergency relief with financial grants for eligible low-income customers, for details see website here
