Description and Service Details

Description (Service) Caregiver Recharge provides free, temporary, in-home relief by a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) for primary, informal caregivers experiencing high stress providing support for their loved ones * there are eligibility requirements to access this service as well as limitations to service, such as transportation or intensive nursing care
Hours Administration: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4pm
Program hours vary, call to confirm
Areas Served Halton Hills ; Milton ; Mississauga ; Oakville
Boundaries Halton Hills, Milton, Mississauga, and Oakville
