Description (Service) Primary care for newly arrived refugees including:
  • diagnosis and management of acute medical issues; referrals to specialists when necessary
  • annual health exams
  • management of chronic diseases such as diabetes or hypertension
  • preventative care
  • full primary care for children including immunizations
  • pregnancy care
  • family planning advice
  • health education
After two years, clinic staff will help patients to connect with a family physician near their home
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Durham Region ; Halton Region ; Peel Region ; Toronto ; York County
Eligibility Newly arrived refugees of all ages
