| Description (Service) | Library system consists of 14 branches located in communities throughout the County.

| Areas Served | Rockwood ; Wellington County |
| Eligibility | People who reside in Wellington County, pay taxes to the County, or live within the area of a neighbouring library system. Students who attend school within the County, but do not live within its boundaries, are exempt from the non-resident fee. People who do not live in Wellington County or pay taxes to the County may use any Library branch but must pay a non-resident membership (currently $120 per family). |
