  • treatment for chronic pain, opioid use disorder (OUD), and alcohol use disorder (AUD)

By appointment only, call ahead:

  • Mon 9 am-4 pm
  • Tue 9 am-6 pm
  • Wed 8 am-1 pm
  • Thu 8 am-5 pm
  • Fri 8 am-1 pm

Walk-in Rapid Access Addiction Management (RAAM):

  • Wed 10 am-11 am

Eligibility Ages: 17 year(s) and up 
 
People with opioid use disorder (OUD), alcohol use disorder (AUD), pain and the comorbidity of mental health
Application

Medical referral required for pain

Self-referrals accepted for opioid use disorder (OUD) or alcohol use disorder (AUD)

  • physicians will see patients with dependency/OUD issues the same day or the next scheduled day in most cases
  • walk-in RAAM Wed 10 am-11 am
Languages English ; Chinese (Cantonese) ; Hindi ; Punjabi
Fees Service - covered by OHIP (patients without a valid OHIP card may be charged) ; Patients are responsible for prescribed medications at their own cost
