Nonprofit organization, administered by volunteers, that provides older adults (55+) with an opportunity to increase their social interaction with others, increase their physical and mental well-being, and maintain and enhance their psychological and physiological well-being through participation in recreational activities and sports.

Members are invited to participate in friendly competition at 17 sporting venues in the summer and 10 in the winter

District winners advance to regional and province-wide games

  • provincial winners advance to national games
  • Ontario 55+ Winter Games are held in odd years and Ontario 55+ Summer Games are held in even years

Monthly meetings on the second Friday of the month 9:45 am at Milton Seniors' Activity Centre (Zoom meetings at present)

Eligibility Ages: 55 year(s) and up
  • competitors must be members of the Ontario Senior Games Association
  • must be 55 by the end of the year the games are being played
  • participants can compete in wheelchairs for some games, contact the organization for information
