Description (Service)	Offers a shopping experience with access to healthy, fresh rescued food for those struggling to make ends meet neighbours can access the market weekly
Hours	Tue and Thu 11 am-12:30 pm and 1:30 pm-6 pm appointments required 11 am-12:30 pm and 1:30 pm-4 pm (appointments on Thu morning are specific to seniors) walk-in only 4-6 pm (no appointment required)

Eligibility	Residents of Halton or Hamilton * focused on supporting those experiencing food insecurity
Application	Register online once registered, accounts must be verified in person by a Food for Life staff member, Tue or Thu 4 pm-6 pm only once verified, appointments can be booked online to attend the Market (may take up to two weeks)
