| Description (Service) | Community based services for people with physical disabilities Brain Injury Services - life skills, communication, community integration, emotional and behavioural support, vocational support, and recreation for people dealing with the effects of brain injury Aphasia and Communication Disabilities Program - group communication program for adults with aphasia and other acquired communication disabilities living in York, Durham and Peterborough regions Programs for children and youth with disabilities - growing skills, building confidence, uniquely tailored to help children reach new milestones and feel empowered Paving the Path to Work - employability program for youth and young adults with disabilities to gain the tools needed to turn aspirations into achievable goals Employment Services - assisting people with disabilities find and keep meaningful jobs, matching people who have disabilities with employers seeking qualified job candidates at Employment services |
