Provides a diverse array of programs and services designed to serve the needs of body, mind and spirit 
 
Programs and services include: 

  • fitness centre with cardio and weightlifting equipment
  • swimming pool and full aquatics programs for all ages
  • gymnasium
  • group fitness classes including Yoga, Aquafit, TRX and more
  • personal training
  • preschool, children and youth programs
  • certification courses
  • recreational sports: basketball, volleyball and racquetball courts
  • LiveWell specialty programs
  • accessible to people with disabilities
  • YMCA Employment Services Centre
