The Pacific Road Service Counter provides the following in person services:

• driver's licences
• vehicle permits and plates
• accessible parking permit
• driver and vehicle records
• health card and insurance (OHIP)
• organ and tissue donation
• photo card

Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm, Sat 9 am-1 pm

• drop in, with appropriate supporting documents (call ahead or see website)
• many forms can also be completed and submitted online
• it is recommended to book an appointment online
• walk-in service is available but limited due to high demand
