Membership: 

• Youth (co-ed) Recreational under 10 years as of Jan 1 of the membership year 
• Youth (co-ed) Recreational, under 14 years as of Jan 1 
• Junior Girls - under 18 as of Jan 1
• Senior - women 18 years of age and older on Jan 1 
• Senior - co-ed 18+ on Jan 1 

Programs: 

Youth Recreation

• introductory program for elementary school girls and boys
• practices/games Sat mornings and Thur. evenings - Oakville/Burlington 
• Apr-Jun U10 and U14  

U12/14 Competitive Team

• practices
• exhibition games
• competes in Provincial U14 Club Tournament  

Junior

• local house league
• Mon and Wed evenings
• Oakville/Burlington/Milton
• under 18 

U16/18 Competitive Team

• competes in Junior Women's Provincial League
• 3-4 weekend tournament season
• Provincial club championship tournament

Halton Senior 18+ League

• Oakville and Burlington
• Thu evenings
• May-Aug
• local league open to all women for fun and recreation 

Mens team 18+

• Couple of tournaments a season

Indoor - Oct-Apr, recreational and high performance, all ages 
 
Players may be expected to assist with fundraising 
 
Member of Sport Oakville, Oakville CORE, Field Hockey Ontario and Field Hockey Canada for league play
