Staffed by lawyers and paralegals, SHAPE aims to increase awareness, reduce workplace sexual harassment, and help workers understand their rights and options

  • Free, confidential summary legal advice for workers experiencing workplace sexual harassment
  • Public legal education for workers, employers, and community stakeholders
  • Training and resources for employers on legal responsibilities and creating healthier, safer workplaces
  • Support with understanding rights under Ontario laws including the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Employment Standards Act, and Ontario Human Rights Code
  • Cross-referrals to local community legal clinics as needed
