Description (Service) | A continuing education service of the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) which offers Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC), English as a Second Language (ESL) from levels 1 to 10 and French as a Second Language (FSL) .

Eligibility | Ages: 18 year(s) and up * Language programs are fully funded and FREE for Adults 18+ who are Permanent Residents, Convention Refugees/Protected Persons, naturalized Canadian Citizens, Refugee Claimants, Live-in Caregivers, Provincial Nominees and sponsored Family members who are Approved-in-Principle for Permanent Residence. * A nominal fee is applicable for Adults 18+ who are Temporary Residents including Visitors and Workers in Canada. |
