Description (Service)	The goal of the Halton Youth Initiative (HYI)was to elevate youth voice and empower youth to have a positive impact in the communities of Acton, Aldershot, Milton, and North Oakville youth-led, with young people identifying local issues and strategies for possible solutions activities were grounded in an asset-building approach and focus on relationship building brought youth and adults together to form developmental relationships across Halton Region project started in 2019 and was completed on Dec 31, 2021, having influenced and empowered 57,420 young people
