Description (Service)	A full-size community orchestra serving Burlington, Hamilton and the surrounding area performs 6 concerts per year at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre holds an annual Young Artists' Competition and provides a Youth Mentorships experience to qualifying musicians provides youth and community outreach programs
