Offers a shopping experience with access to healthy, fresh rescued food for those struggling to make ends meet

  • Neighbours can access the market weekly
  • Neighbours must be residents of Halton or Hamilton to access this market
Hours

Tue and Thu 10:30 am-12:30 pm and 1:30 pm-6 pm

  • Appointments required 10:30 am-12:30 pm and 1:30 pm-5:45 pm (appointments on Thu 10:30 am-12 noon are for seniors, 12 noon-12:30 pm are for any age)
  • No walk-ins at this time - please call if you cannot find an appointment time

Register online 

  • Once registered, accounts must be verified in person by a Food for Life staff member, Mon 11 am-1 pm only (contact for alternate time if necessary)
  • Once verified, appointments can be booked online to attend the Market
