Description (Service)	Provides supportive programs to at risk populations including youth, low income singles and families These supports include: Life Skills Eight-skill bootcamp preparing at-risk youth for independence Covers finances, cooking, housing, health, relationships, education, employment, and self-confidence Hands-on, practical workshops tailored to youth needs Case Management / Mentoring Personalized case management and one-on-one mentoring Goal-focused support to overcome challenges and build resilience Safe, supportive relationships that foster growth and independence
